Support & Maintenance

All Car Park Management Systems installed by DESIGNA AUSTRALIA come with a Comprehensive Warranty. This Warranty safeguards our Customers and provides a cost-free service to ensure their system is running at its optimum levels. This includes the quarterly preventative maintenance! Our Customers have access to Technical Support via our Control Centre, where assistance on operational and/or technical matters are resolved over the phone or via remote logons. DESIGNA AUSTRALIA Technicians will attend on-site as required to trouble-shoot any faults and/or replace any faulty parts at no cost to you (with the exception of vandalism etc).

DESIGNA AUSTRALIA prides itself in the quality of its Engineers. Our Technical Team are experienced, qualified and trained in all aspects of our Customers equipment. They are able to proactively assist customers, provide training and effectively troubleshoot and rectify issues quickly. Should assistance from the Developer be required, as we are a subsidiary of DESIGNA, we work together to get resolution to any complex issues/requests should they arise.

The table below provides a generic guide to the inclusions of our support agreements. We can tailor each option to your specific requirements:

Preventative Support

Inclusions

  • Provide Technical Assistance, by phone or remote login, in the following areas:
    • Equipment operation
    • Operational issues
    • Advice in solving computer and technical related issues
    • Change of settings regarding current operations
    • Bug fixes or software modifications required for the repair of current operations
    • Advice and instruction regarding use of the management system and of the equipment for specific applications.
  • On-site attendance to perform Preventative Maintenance at quarterly intervals.
  • Assigned Customer Account Manager (CAM).

Technical Support

Inclusions

  • Assistance iva telephone and/or remote login (without the need to attend site), in respect of:
    • Equipment operation
    • Operational issues
    • Advice in solving computer and technical related issues
    • Change of settings regarding current operations
    • Bug fixes or software modifications required for the repair of current operations
    • Advice and instruction regarding use of the management system and of the equipment for specific applications.

Software Support

Inclusions

  • Annual upgrade of software to maintain current release of DESIGNA software (ie PM ABACUS, WinOperate and WebReport).
  • Annual upgrade of terminal firmware to maintain current release of DESIGNA firmware.
